life with the Taddiken family
It all started when…
Russ and Paige Taddiken run a 5th generation family owned and operated farm. Russ’s great-great grandfather, T.B. Holte, homesteaded a quarter of land (160 acres) under the Homestead Act in the 1860’s. From there the land was handed down through his family and is now owned by Russ’s parents, Scott and Mary, and farmed by Russ and Paige. Also, a 5th generation Kansas farm family, Paige was also born and raised in Clay County, Kansas. Russ and Paige have three children: Neelly (8), Holte (6), Pratt (4).
