Ultimate Monster Cookie Bars

INGREDIENTS

1 c. brown sugar

1 c. sugar

½ c. butter or margarine, softened

1 ½ c. peanut butter

3 eggs

1 t. vanilla

1 t. baking soda

½ t. salt

1 ½ c. old fashioned oats

3 c. quick oats

1 c. mini M&M’s

1 c. mini chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cream together sugars and butters.

2. Add vanilla and eggs, one at at time, incorporating well.

3. Add dry ingredients, starting with soda and salt. Mix in oats, one cup at a time.

4. Stir in M&M’s and chocolate chips

5. Spread into a JELLYROLL PAN.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
