Pizza Rolls
INGREDIENTS
1/2 lb ground beef, browned
1/2 lb ground sausage, browned
1 package mini pepperoni or regular pepperoni, chopped
1 (4 oz) package salami or mini diced ham
2 c. shredded Italian cheese
1/4 c. olive oil
1 egg
1 t. oregano
1 t. parsley
1 t. onion powder
1 T. minced garlic
1 refrigerated pizza crust
Pizza Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine meats and cheese.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, spices and egg. Beat together.
Pour 3/4 of the egg mixture over the meat/cheese and fold together.
Roll out pizza dough. Spread meat/cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
(You can bake the pizza at this point or continue on.)
Roll the dough length wise (like a cinnamon roll), placing it seam side down on a sprayed jellyroll pan or cookie sheet with a lip.
Brush the remaining egg mixture over the top of the dough.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Serve with pizza sauce on the side.
