Bacon Cheeseburger Rollup

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ lb. ground beef

½ pound bacon, chopped

1 small onion, finely diced

4 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1 c. sharp cheddar/monterey jack, shredded

Sliced American cheese

1 pkg. refrigerated pizza crust

1 egg

1 T. oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 375°F.

Brown ground beef with chopped bacon and onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add cheeses until melted, stirring frequently. Cool slightly before laying on dough.

Unroll pizza dough onto foil lined baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Roll dough out into large rectangle. Lay out cheese slices and top with meat mixture. Roll up, starting at one long side. Rearrange if necessary on cookie sheet so dough is seam side down.

Mix egg and oil together.  Brush dough with egg mixture.

Bake 20 to 25 min. or until golden brown.
