No-Bake S'more Bars

INGREDIENTS

5 T butter

2 c chocolate chunks

¼ c corn syrup

1 (10.5 oz) bag of mini marshmallows

1 small box (11 oz) Golden Grahams

INSTRUCTIONS

Spray JELLYROLL pan. Reserve 1 cup marshmallows and ½ cup chocolate chunks. 

In a saucepan, melt chocolate, butter, and corn syrup. Then fold in marshmallows, minus the reserved ½ cup, stirring constantly.

Pour sauce over cereal in large bowl and stir until evenly coated. Once slightly cooled, stir in reserved marshmallows and chocolate chunks.

Press into jellyroll pan.
